Welcome to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)!  This fun and energetic class uses your body weight to incorporate a full body workout including cardiovascular exercises and strength training.  This 45 minute class will consist of a warm-up, high and low intensity exercises, and a cool down period – targeting each muscle group to leave you feeling excited and accomplished for the day.  Nervous about how you’ll do? This class also offers modifications depending on your experience and comfort level. Get ready to challenge yourself, have fun, and build a healthier YOU!
