Korin Webb, NASM-CPT, WFS
Hi! Let me introduce myself – I’m a mom of 3 young kids and a wife to a wonderful, hardworking man! After 16 years of service at URMC, the arrival of our 3rd child prompted me to switch careers: kick starting my stint as a stay-at-home mom. My love for family & fitness keeps us active with workouts in our home gym, bike rides, jogging, sports, paddle-boating, you name it. Professionally, I’ve been involved in fitness from working in a local gym to developing athlete programs with URMC Orthopaedics. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist, currently working on my AFAA Group Fitness Certification.
Welcome to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)! This fun and energetic class uses your body weight to incorporate a full body workout including cardiovascular exercises and strength training. This 45 minute class will consist of a warm-up, high and low intensity exercises, and a cool down period – targeting each muscle group to leave you feeling excited and accomplished for the day. Nervous about how you’ll do? This class also offers modifications depending on your experience and comfort level. Get ready to challenge yourself, have fun, and build a healthier YOU!
