Mini Dance Sessions
Our convenient dance sessions are for families that are interested in our recreational program with the flexibility of short term commitment.

Dance With Me Session (18 months-3 years)
Dance With Me is a 30-minute creative movement class suitable for your young dancer. Parents/caregivers will participate actively in the class as children learn basic dance steps, movement, and terminology, through songs, stories, and play, Props will be used for interactive play. Dancers can wear dance clothes or anything safe to move in.
Socks, bare feet or ballet shoes are acceptable.
Saturdays - Session 1: September 21st - October 26th - 9:00-9:30 am
Saturdays - Session 2: November 9th - December 21st - 9:00-9:30 am
Saturdays - Session 3: January 11th - February15th - 9:00-9:30 am
Saturdays - Session 4: March 8th - April 12th - 9:00-9:30 am
Saturdays - Session 5: May 3th - May 31 - 9:00-9:30 am


Intro To Dance (ages 3-5 years)
We will have fun learning the foundations of dance while exploring music, movement, and self-expression! Students can wear dance attire or athletic clothes.
Socks, bare feet or ballet shoes are acceptable.
Fridays Session: January 31st-April 11th (no class on Feb 21st) - 10:05-11:50 am
Mondays - Session 1: January 27th-March 5th (no class on Monday, Feb 17th) -
10:00-11:00 am(includes Tumble)
Mondays - Session 2: March 10th-April 7th - 10:00-11:00 am (includes Tumble)


Tots Ballet, Tap and Tumble (ages 3-5 years)
This class is a fun and engaging class for younger dancers that love to move and explore. The class will consist of ballet, tap and tumble. Students can wear dance attire or athletic clothes.
Socks, bare feet or ballet shoes are acceptable.

Tuesdays - October 8th - November 19th - 9:30-10:15 am

Tots 1 Tap and Ballet (ages 3-4 years)
This class will be focused on the foundation for correct, safe, and successful dancing in years to follow. Students will learn the basic steps and terminology in ballet and tap, along with the introduction of more skills and techniques. Instructors will foster creativity and imagination in class through movement and imaginary games. Students can wear dance attire or athletic clothes. Tap and Ballet shoes are required
Mondays- January 27th-April 7th (no class February 17th) 4:30-5:30 pm
Wednesdays- January 29th-April 9th (no class February 19th) 4:30-5:30 pm
Thursdays- January 30th-April 10th (no class February 20th) 4:30-5:30 pm
 
Tots 2 Tap and Ballet (ages 5-6 years)

Tots Tumble (ages 3-6)
This class teaches the basic acro positions and more. This includes forwards and backwards rolls, bridges, cartwheels and variations, and more. Students will work on strength and body awareness, all while working on solid foundations of beginner skills in a safe and supportive way. Students can wear dance attire or athletic clothing, please no baggy shirts that can come over the head. Students will need a panel mat or yoga mat.

Tots 1 and 2 Hip-Hop and Tumble (ages 4-6 years)
A fun class for little dancers, introducing them to music and movement, improving coordination with lots of fun bopping Hip-Hop moves to funky and appropriate music! The tumble portion of the class will include basic skills with correct technique and safety. Dancers can wear dance clothes or athletic clothes. No baggy shirts that can go over the head. All shirts will need to be tucked in. We require bare feet and clean, dry, indoor sneakers for Hip-Hop. Please bring a panel or yoga mat if you have one. Hair should be in a ponytail and up off of face and neck or neatly styled so hair is not over face.This is for safefty in tumble when dancers are working on skills.

Junior Hip Hop (ages 6-9 years)
Hip Hop encompasses many different dance styles. Our hip hop classes teach rhythm, coorindation, musicality, and choreography that is age appropriate. Students will enjoy an energetic class that will develop focus, strength, and agility while having fun. Dancers can wear dance attire or athletic clothes. Students should have clean, dry sneakers for class.
Mondays- January 27th-April 7th (no class on February 17th) 4:00-4:30 pm

Petite Hip Hop and Tumble (ages 5-8 years)
A fun-filled class perfect for kids that want to learn to dance and tumble! Each class will consist of part dance instruction followed by part tumble lesson. Students will learn Hip-Hop moves and combinations to enhance and develop coordination followed by tumbling that will cover basic fundamentals and challenge each student at their individual skill levels.  Dancers will learn hip hop steps to appropriate and motivating music while becoming aware of all the creative ways their body can move. This class will help develop confidence and self esteem, all while the kids are learning and having a great time! Dancers can wear dance clothes or athletic clothes. No baggy shirts that can go over the head. All shirts will need to be tucked in. We require bare feet and clean, dry, indoor sneakers for Hip-Hop. Please bring a panel or yoga mat if you have one. Dance Conditioning (ages 7-14 years)
This class is a combination of deep stretching and body conditioning. Each class will focus on endurance, arms, abdominal, and leg exercises to strengthen the entire body. Strong muscles are vital for protecting the body and improving dance skills. Healthy muscles are important for safety and to let the dancer move more freely and keep the body strong. This class may incorporate therebands, tennis balls, stretch bands, ankle weights, yoga blocks, turning boards and more. Dancers can wear dance attire or athletic clothes and socks or bare feet.
