​Mini Dance Sessions
Our convenient dance sessions are for families that are interested in our recreational program with the flexibility of short term commitment. New dates will be added soon. Please call or email with any questions.

Dance With Me (Ages 18 Months – 3 Years)
A 30-minute creative movement class for toddlers and caregivers.
This fun and interactive class encourages movement, coordination, and creativity through music, stories, songs, and props. Parents or caregivers participate alongside their child as we explore basic dance steps and terminology.
Dress Code: Comfortable clothes safe to move in. Socks, bare feet, or ballet shoes are welcome.

Introduce your little dancer to the fundamentals of ballet and tap through movement, imaginative games, and age-appropriate technique.
Dress Code: Dancewear or athletic clothes. Tap & ballet shoes required.

Tots 2 Tap & Ballet (Ages 5–6 Years)
Build upon early skills and expand tap and ballet technique in a nurturing environment focused on creativity, safety, and fun.
Dress Code: Dancewear or athletic clothes. Tap & ballet shoes required.

Tots Tumble (Ages 3–6 Years)
Students learn acro basics including rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and more—building body awareness and strength in a safe, supportive environment.
Dress Code: Dancewear or athletic clothes (no baggy shirts). Bring a panel mat or yoga mat.

Tots 1 & 2 Hip-Hop + Tumble (Ages 3–6 Years)
A high-energy combo class introducing funky hip-hop moves and beginner tumbling. Great for developing coordination and rhythm in a fun setting.
Dress Code: Dance or athletic clothes. No baggy shirts. Hair pulled back.
Footwear: Bare feet + clean indoor sneakers.
Equipment: Panel or yoga mat recommended.

Junior Hip-Hop (Ages 6–9 Years)
Hip-hop fundamentals with a focus on rhythm, coordination, and fun choreography in a safe, energetic setting.
Dress Code: Dance or athletic wear.
Footwear: Clean indoor sneakers.

Preps Tumble (Ages 7–12 Years)
This dynamic class focuses on building flexibility, strength, and progressive tumbling skills like walkovers and handsprings. All levels welcome.

Pom Dance Team (Ages 10–18 Years)
Train with Miss Alaina, 2x Nazareth University Dance Team Captain, and learn performance-level pom technique and routines. Great for dancers interested in joining a school or competitive team.
